Get the answers you need about Regenesis
Regenesis is a spin-off of Pangea. Pangea is the parent company that created Regenesis to develop and scale materials science innovation. While Pangea focuses on consumer products, Regenesis scales the model for other companies B2B, starting with eyewear.
EcoFusion™️ is Regenesis’ proprietary carbon-sequestration technology. It blends ocean-bound plastic waste with biochar made from discarded coconut shells, effectively locking biogenic CO₂ inside the polymer chain.
The result is a new generation of carbon-negative materials—such as Carbonite™️ that reduces emissions by 95% vs. current virgin eyewear plastics, at a lower cost.
Our materials were developed at the REGENESIS Lab inside the Pangea Plastic Innovation Center in Bali, Indonesia, where our R&D team transforms ocean-bound plastic waste into next-generation composites. Large-scale production and compounding take place with our partner recyclers in Jakarta, Indonesia, ensuring scalability, and traceability across every batch.
With this investment, we will set up our own in-house high-tech production line in Jakarta and expand our R&D to the CA2DM lab in Singapore in Q1 2026
Unlike conventional recyclers that only process commodity plastics, Regenesis re-engineers plastic waste at the molecular level, on the nano scale. We are a deep-tech company, pioneering a new class of materials that we call recycled nano bio-composites, and invented three novel patent-pending materials using AI in our lab called Carbonite™️, Aerolite™️, and Oceantate™️ for the three segments of the $180B eyewear industry.
Every batch is digitally traceable via QR codes with our Product Passport software — verifying its origin, composition, and impact.
Yes. The materials developed with our EcoFusion™️ technology were designed from day one to scale far beyond eyewear. While eyewear serves as the first commercial application and proof of market,  the same carbon-capturing composites can be utilized or adapted for any plastic product in the world. From consumer electronics to automotive and aerospace, to fabrics, household, and beyond.
We are building the  materials layer and supply chain for the regenerative and circular economy of the future. Enabling any company to save costs while saving our planet.
